Selling a house with Fred and Andy was a unique experience. they are delightful individuals to work with, especially Andy. When we first listed just fourteen short months ago, the high-end market had already started to dry up. fred and Andy developed an aggressive marketing campaign, held several open house events for brokers and advertised heavily in the New York metropolitan market. they always, especially Andy, gave us ample advance notice of showings and generally made it easy for us to keep the house in ready condition. In reality, how tough is it when you only have one showing every few months.
Fred and Andy, especially Andy, have always been there for us. Andy often volunteered to babysit our dog if we couldn't be around for a showing. when we went on vacation, Fred and Andy, especially Andy, offered to look after the house for us and even took care of watering our plants. A couple of plants apparently missed us so badly they committed suicide; but, we can't blame Andy for that.
When the marketing support from Coldwell Banker faltered, fred threw a hissy-fit, packed up his kit-bag and signed on with prudential fox & roach. During thhe transition Fred and Andy, especially Andy, worked to assure that the marketing effort of our home would continue as before. in fact the marketing improved dramatically but the market continued to deteriorate. Fred and Andy, especially Andy, were creative and innovative in developing new strategies and tactics to sell our home. their advice, especially Andy's, was right on target when it came to negotiating with proepective buyers.
We will always attest that we were in better hands with Fred and Andy than had we been with Allstate.

When we embarked on the program to sell our 300 acre farm we were optimistic that prospective buyers would appreciate the beauty and privacy of the property, but one can never be sure. Now the entire property has been sold for an aggregate price which exceeded expectations, with 232 acres placed under a conservation easement which bars further development and secures the character of the farm.
